Open invitation to join us in preparation for two performances of the DREAM A DREAM cantata by Shirley Erena Murray (Lyrics) and Ron Klusmeier (music). We would love this to be a large regional ecumenical effort, with all proceeds going to the Canadian Foodgrain Bank. A fundraising and awareness event to support an end to global hunger. There are no tickets for this event, but attendees will be asked to make a generous donation to support ending global hunger. Canadian Foodgrains Bank receives 100% of donations received and issues tax receipts for donations of $10 or more. The famous Tuskegee Choir is steeped in more than a century of pride and the richest of choral traditions. Since its inception, the Golden Voices Concert Choir has served as an artistic model while carving its place in American history. The 25 voice choir will perform in four Ontario cities – London, Toronto, Kingston and Ottawa – in March 2023. For lovers of contemporary and traditional Afro-American Gospel music.
Our annual Carols By Candlelight is back on December 18th at 7 pm - in person for the first time in three years! Once again we are joined by our friends the Strad string ensemble from Etobicoke School of the Arts for beautiful anthems and carols in the glow of candlelight.
