In person Kairos Blanket Exercise
August 23 @ 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Free

The Blanket Exercise is an interactive learning experience that explores the history of Indigenous peoples in Canada. Guided by trained facilitators, the exercise invites participants to reflect on themes of justice, reconciliation, and shared responsibility. Rather than simply presenting historical facts, it encourages empathy and a deeper understanding of Indigenous perspectives. The Blanket Exercise is widely used by churches, schools, and community organizations as a meaningful step toward learning, truth-telling, and building respectful relationships with Indigenous peoples.
