Please join Islington United Church, in person in the Sanctuary, or online from wherever you may be, on Friday April 7 at 10:30 am, for a quiet, contemplative Good Friday worship experience, reflecting on the day Christ was crucified.
Why “Good” Friday? At the time of Jesus’ crucifixion, the word “good” carried the meaning of “holy.” So Good Friday meant Holy Friday.
