A fundraising and awareness event to support an end to global hunger. There are no tickets for this event, but attendees will be asked to make a generous donation to support ending global hunger. Canadian Foodgrains Bank receives 100% of donations received and issues tax receipts for donations of $10 or more. A fundraiser concert for the people of Ukraine, featuring the incredible concert pianist Oleg Samokhin as he performs the works of Liszt, Debussy, and Ravel. Funds raised will be donated to the Sunnybrook Hospital Foundation’s Ukraine Surgical Educational and Training Partnership with three hospitals in Lviv, Ukraine. Freewill Offering, minimum $30 donation at the door recommended.

Join us for our kick-off concert on Sept. 30 featuring an incredible duo, Ben Bishop and Jonathan Meyer on jazz guitar and bass. Dariia Lytvishko, a 27-year-old virtuoso organist hailing from Lutsk, Ukraine, is set to embark on a remarkable musical journey throughout Southern Ontario. This tour, comprising nine benefit concerts, is a heartfelt gesture of solidarity and support for Ukraine during challenging times. Dariia's first stop is in Barrie at Collier Street United Church, 112 Collier St., Barrie on Thursday October 5 at 7 pm. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door.
