A Deep, Daring, Bold Call Together

This day together will wisely support the health, joy and excellence of ministers. In a time where it feels like much is expected out of all of us, we do not have to do it all but we can do somethings that really matter. In fact the Psalmist begs “Teach me to number our days, that we may apply our hearts to wisdom” (Psalm 90:12). Let’s explore this with our Moderator and each other. During this time of renewal and connection, using concrete resources/creative experience and songs of faith, let’s find joy in places that need to remember what is possible. The theme is inspired by the call and vision of this United Church of Ours to Deep Spirituality, Daring Justice, and Bold Discipleship. Friends, let’s remind each other that our ministry finds its source in the One whose “power working through you can do more than you could ask or imagine” (Ephesians 3:21)
