The seasons of Advent and Christmas can be especially hard when you are struggling with grief, loss or anxiety. Or maybe you just need a time and space to find peace within the hustle and bustle of the season. The Blue Christmas service allows for ALL the emotions of this season to be honoured.
If you aren’t feeling ready to celebrate, the Blue Christmas service at Islington United Church offers a prayerful time of peace and hope for your tender heart.
Please join us on Wednesday, December 7 at 7:00 pm for the Blue Christmas service. This in-person and online service is a time of quiet contemplation with music, readings and candle lighting.
