Light in the Shadows

The Christmas season can be challenging for those who are grieving losses of the past year or even longer ago…the loss of a loved one, the loss of a pet, the loss of health, the loss of independence, the loss of self-confidence or the loss of a home.

You are in our thoughts and prayers this Advent, and we would like to invite you to a service of remembering and healing at Midhurst United Church on Tuesday, December 17th at 7 pm.

We will gather to affirm God’s love, and to rest in the knowledge that in our losses and in the face of whatever threatens us, Christ is our hope for the future as he has been for his followers through the ages.
