DESCRIPTION:Christian-Jewish Dialogue of Toronto warmly invites you to join us for an online conversation about peace-making in the Holy Land\, with members of the Interfaith Encounter Association.\nSunday\, March 6\, 2022\n1:30 to 2:30 p.m.\nOnline\, via Zoom \nTaleb Al-Harithi\nTaleb is a Muslim Palestinian from the town of Edna\, and a retired professor of Geology and Environment Sciences. A member of the IEA since 2003\, he believes the diversity of religions and opinions reinforces the respect we have towards each other\, not the conflict. \nCarolina Frimer\nCarolina is a Jewish Israeli\, and the Community Director of the Interfaith Encounter Association. She has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Master’s in Conflict Resolution from the Hebrew University. She has been a participant in interfaith dialogue groups for many years and experienced firsthand the powerful impact these encounters can have on an individual and collective level\nAdvance Registration is required.
