This incredible story is set against the backdrop of World War II\, a time when Chinese Canadians could not vote\, swim in pools\, or hire white women for their businesses. \nCome hear this unique perspective and glimpse into Canadian history. Join us for coffee/tea and a cookie in the Garden Room at 1pm before the lecture begins at 1:15pm.
