DESCRIPTION:The United Church of Canada set a bold\, new emissions reduction target this year – asking for an 80% reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by 2030. Many of us are asking\, “How will we meet this target given our limited time and resources?” \nThis information session will begin a shared discussion of realistic and practical steps\, driven by expertise\, that will enable us to meet this ambitious target. And we will remind ourselves of why these actions are absolutely necessary.
