Dr. Bob Faris\, Moderator Elect of the General Assembly of The Presbyterian Church in Canada and Co-Convenor of the Rainbow Communion. The Presbyterian Connection describes Bob: “As a gay man\, Bob has experienced the harm done to people who identify as LGBTQI2+ in the church. He has sought to live with integrity\, while calling the church to change its doctrine and practice that has diminished and harmed God’s beloved LGBTQI2+ children.” Bob has a passion for inclusion and God’s call to justice. \nThe Calvin/Deer Park choir will share a beautiful song\, All of Who I Am\, by Amanda Udis-Kessler\, a composer who specializes in music and lyrics for liberal/progressive religious people and communities. \nRSVP/registration at www.bit.ly/ECUTPGP2022 This is a free event\, but ECUT kindly suggests a donation to the chaplaincy’s ministry on campus. \nBring a friend and join us for a lovely evening together.
