SUMMARY:Women's Retreat: Moving Forward: Let Go & Let God
DESCRIPTION:Islington United Church is inviting you to its in-person women’s retreat\, Moving Forward: Let Go & Let God\, on Friday\, Nov. 3\, from 7 to 9 p.m.\, and Saturday\, Nov. 4\, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. It will be held in the church gym (Stewart East Hall) at 25 Burnhamthorpe Road in west Toronto. (Enter through the back door furthest from Burnhamthorpe.) Friday’s guest speaker is Catherine Manning\, a music therapist who uses music to help people let go. Saturday offers the chance to learn some mind\, body\, and spirit practices to help us let go of stress\, nourish our spirits\, and make space for a more fulfilling\, Spirit-filled life.
