DESCRIPTION:Come to Taizé at Northlea United for an evening of reflection\, meditation and music with Andrew and Wendy Donaldson – Wednesdays: April 12 (in the Sanctuary\, please wear a mask)\, May 3 (in the Pines) and June 7 (in the Pines). May and June may be held in the Pines outside\, weather permitting. For outside events\, there are benches available for seating but you are welcome to bring your own chair. For indoor events\, you are asked to wear a mask.

SUMMARY:Hymns of the Cross
DESCRIPTION:This Holy Week offering is an invitation to slow down\, and reflect on the cross as we journey ever closer to the Mystery of Easter. \nWe will do this by singing a variety of cross-centric hymns which help to shape our faith. From “When I Survey the Wondrous Cross” to “Because He Lives\,” there will be many cherished hymns of faith to sing together. \nPlease join Islington United Church\, in-person in the Sanctuary\, or online from wherever you may be\, today at 7:00pm for a musical experience with Dan Cantiller\, Andrew Aitchison and Minister of Music\, Jason Locke. Our narrator for the evening – sharing reflections on the hymns – will be Dr. Deb Bradley.
