Friday Speaker Series – Manor Road United Church

This week on the Friday Speaker Series, musician, composer and recording artist Debbie Danbrook offers Music Meditations on the Labyrinth while playing her Shakuhachi flute, an ancient Japanese instrument. The Labyrinth is an ancient Sacred Symbol used for Walking Meditation, for Grounding, for Clearing and Balancing Chakras and for inviting in Spiritual Guides and Angels.

The Friday Speaker Series runs from 1PM to 3PM via Zoom and is hosted by Rev. Dr. John Joseph Mastandrea. The program aims to help seniors and neighbours in the community cope with isolation brought on by COVID-19 restrictions.
