Chew On This Multi-Faith Walk

To mark World Food Day and The International Day for the Eradication of Poverty please join The Danforth Multi-Faith Community on Sunday October 20 for our annual “Chew on This” march.
We will first gather at the Madinah Masjid at 1015 Danforth Ave. to listen to spiritual leaders from different faiths speak about hunger and poverty. After, we will walk together to the Danforth Jewish Circle’s Sukkah tent, which is close to Eastminster United Church (a congregation of East End United Regional Ministry), to share bread, water, and time together.
