An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until September 2, 2020

Join us for six sessions to learn body, mind, and spirit practices for releasing tension, dealing with emotions, and bridging your sense of social isolation. We’ll learn practices, then have time to reflect on our experience with art and journaling, and reconnect with the community.
