Shining Waters Regional Council will host Dr. Katharina Manassis in a conversation around how best to support youth and children during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Dr. Manassis is a Professor Emerita at the University of Toronto and the author of such books as: Creative Works & Keys to Parenting Your Anxious Child, Developing Empathy, and Fables with Attitude: Life Lessons for the 21st Century.
